To book a reservation:

In the Calendar window, click on the Calendar and use the mouse or up and down keys to scroll through the months. To submit a booking, click the "From" date on the calendar, then enter the number of nights to the right of the "From" date. The "To" date will autofill.

The damage deposit will be refunded within 7 days of departure if no damage is found

Prior to 30 days of arrival, all funds received, (minus $25.00 processing fee), will be refunded

More than 14 days and less than 30 days before check-in, a 50% rent refund plus any other funds, (minus $25.00 processing fee), will be refunded

Within 14 days of arrival, rent deposit is forfeited. Damage deposit, cleaning linen fees and Lodging Taxes will be refunded, (minus $25.00 processing fee)
