State and local taxes of 14.45% will be applied (based on rent, and cleaning, linen fees) listed below in Terms

  • A Guest Lease will be forwarded to you for completion. Please return it to us to confirm your reservation

  • Deposit 50% rent, $400 damage deposit, plus cleaning/linen fee $275

  • Balance: 50% rent, Lodging Tax (14.45%) due 30 days before arrival

  • The damage deposit will be refunded within 7 days of departure if no damage is found

  • Cancellations: 

    • Prior to 30 days of arrival, all funds received, (minus $25.00 processing fee), will be refunded​

    • More than 14 days and less than 30 days before check-in, a 50% rent refund plus any other funds, (minus $25.00 processing fee), will be refunded

    • Within 14 days of arrival, rent deposit is forfeited. Damage deposit, cleaning linen fees and Lodging Taxes will be refunded, (minus $25.00 processing fee)

  • Credit cards through PayPal only, otherwise cash or personal/cashier checks in US dollars​

  • No refunds for early departure

  • Summer stays are Saturday to Saturday. 

  • Check-in at 4:00 PM, Check-out at 9:00 AM

  • 15% Active Military discount

  • For comfort/health of all, no smoking is allowed in or around the properties

  • In consideration of guests with allergies, we ask that you leave your pets at home with a trusted caregiver
