The damage deposit will be refunded within 7 days of departure if no damage is found

Cancellations:

Prior to 30 days of arrival, all funds received, (minus $25.00 processing fee), will be refunded​

More than 14 days and less than 30 days before check-in, a 50% rent refund plus any other funds, (minus $25.00 processing fee), will be refunded

Within 14 days of arrival, rent deposit is forfeited. Damage deposit, cleaning linen fees and Lodging Taxes will be refunded, (minus $25.00 processing fee)
